Artwork Requirements
High-quality logo and artwork files are required to produce a professional finished label. Vector artwork—such as AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF files—is preferred. High-resolution PNG files may also be accepted when suitable.
Low-resolution images, screenshots, or artwork copied from websites may not reproduce clearly in print. If submitted artwork must be recreated, converted, or extensively corrected, additional design fees and production time may apply.
Customers must have permission to use all submitted logos, trademarks, images, and other artwork.
Special Volume Pricing
Custom branded orders receive special volume pricing rather than standard retail pricing. Per-product pricing is based on the selected product, order quantity, packaging, and label requirements, with greater savings available at higher quantities.
A separate label design and setup fee applies. Special label materials, finishes, packaging requests, or extensive artwork revisions may require additional charges.
Planning and Production Time
Custom branded products require time for artwork preparation and approval, label printing, product production, filling, labeling, and final packaging. Orders should be planned well in advance, particularly when they are needed for a specific event or delivery date.
Production timing varies based on quantity, product availability, label requirements, and the time required to approve the final design. Requested completion dates cannot be confirmed until the project details and approved artwork have been reviewed.
